Samsung is sweetening the deal on its Galaxy Watch smartwatches. If you buy one of four eligible models between now and July 19, 2026, you’ll get a free Withings Body Smart scale thrown in at no extra cost.
What’s the Deal?
Here’s the offer in plain terms: buy a Galaxy Watch from Samsung’s official store, wait 15 days for the return window to close, then claim a free smart scale worth around USD 180 (~GHS 2,000 at April 2026 rates) using a redemption code Samsung emails you.
The eligible watches are the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Watch 8 Classic, Watch 8, and Watch 7. You must buy at full price directly from Samsung.com or the Samsung app for the promotion to apply.
One catch: the redemption code expires 60 days after the promotion ends (so by late September 2026). You need to claim it within that window or lose it.
What Does This Mean for You in Ghana?
This promotion appears to be international, but you’ll need to check with major Ghanaian retailers (Jumia, Tonaton, or authorized Samsung dealers) whether they’re participating. The official Samsung.com route may work if you have an international payment card or MTN Momo setup that supports global payments.
A Galaxy Watch 8 or Watch Ultra costs between GHS 4,000 and GHS 6,500 at Ghanaian retailers. Getting a free scale (normally GHS 1,500–2,000) sweetens that investment if you care about health tracking.
The Withings scale itself is useful: it tracks weight, body composition (fat percentage, muscle mass), and syncs to your phone via Wi-Fi. Combined with a Galaxy Watch’s fitness features, it gives you a fuller picture of your health.

Before you buy: Check if your usual retailer (Jumia Ghana, local phone shops, authorized dealers) mentions this deal. Call or WhatsApp them directly. If they’re not participating, you might try purchasing directly from Samsung’s international site if your payment method allows it.
If you go for it: Keep the order receipt and watch for the redemption email after 15 days. Don’t delay claiming the scale on Withings.com, especially as we get closer to September 2026.
Worth it or not? If you wanted a Galaxy Watch anyway, this is a genuine bonus. If you’re only interested because of a free scale, it’s probably not a good enough reason on its own—shop around for standalone scales first.
