Ghana, 18 December 2023 – Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, has officially re-introduced its world-class Chauffeur-drive service (CDS) for the airline’s premium customers travelling to and from Tokyo Haneda International Airport. This exclusive complimentary service guarantees a convenient, door-to-door experience for travellers, and replicates the airline’s renowned onboard travel experience and product offering.

The airline’s First Class and Business Class customers have the option to select from a variety of high-end vehicles that meet their travel requirements including Mercedes Benz S classes and BMW Full Electric i7 models. Customers flying with Emirates’ daily service to Haneda, flights EK312 and EK313 can book their vehicle from most parts of Tokyo Metropolitan including all 23 wards of Tokyo, Yokohama, Kawasaki and parts of Chiba and Saitama. Excess Mileage will apply for areas beyond the served zones. *

Emirates’ Chauffer-Drive service can be booked through Manage My Booking option on www.emirates.com or Emirates’ call centres as well as through travel agents.

With the reintroduction of this complimentary service, Emirates will further expand its unique offering for Japanese premium travellers with a personalised Chauffer-drive experience that provides a sense of comfort and hassle-free journey to and from Tokyo-Haneda.

Emirates offers the CDS as a premium value-added service, heightening the travel experience for First Class and Business Class travellers by delivering comfortable and convenient journey to and from the airport. Available in over 70 cities, Emirates collaborates with esteemed car providers and skilled drivers in each destination.

* Any city or ward not listed will be offered CDS at an additional cost per kilometre outside the zone. Max CDS limit including excess mileage is 200 kms and to be paid by the passenger directly to the driver using credit card or cash.
