The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ghana assures Ghanaians of getting their passport within 15 days for standard applications and 5 days for express applications.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry of Ghana, under the leadership of Hon. Hannah Tetteh, at an event today, launched an online passport application system.
Reports from myjoyonline.com indicate that whiles speaking at the event, Foreign Affairs Minister, Hannah Tetteh, said the online application system would reduce the involvement of middlemen in the passport acquisition process.
The online passport application service is expected to ensure delivery of passports within 15 working days for standard applications and 5 working days for express applications.
She added that the Ministry plans to introduce premium 24-hr passport delivery to cater for the Ghanaian business community and frequent flyers.
