The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially released the 2025 Senior High School (SHS) placement results under the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS).
According to a circular dated September 17, 2025, signed by the Acting Deputy Director-General (Q&A) Dr. Munawaru Isshaque, all placed students are to report to their respective schools on October 18, 2025.
Guidelines for Admission
GES has directed that:
- Admissions must strictly follow the official placement list generated by the CSSPS Secretariat.
- No school is permitted to admit students outside the official placement without prior written approval from GES.
- Heads of schools are required to ensure smooth registration in line with provided guidelines.
- Any unauthorized admission or violation of the placement rules will attract administrative sanctions.

Monitoring and Compliance
Regional and district directors have been instructed to monitor the process closely and provide supervisory support throughout the admission period. GES emphasized that the goal is to ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth enrollment for the 2025 academic year.
