NIA sets up help desk for National Service Personnel

Nia Sets Up Help Desk,nia Help Desk for Nsps The National Identification Authority (NIA) has announced new support measures for prospective National Service Personnel (NSP) who are facing challenges verifying their Ghana Cards on the National Service registration portal.

According to the statement signed by Williams Ampomah E. Darlas, Head of the Corporate Affairs Directorate, a dedicated Help Desk has been established at the National Service Authority (NSA) Head Office, Airport-Accra to assist personnel during the registration process.

The NIA has also set up a Personal Information Update Service Point at the same location to help applicants update their details if needed. The update service costs GH₵60, consistent with standard fees at all NIA district offices nationwide.

To speed up the process, all NIA offices across Ghana have been directed to give priority to prospective National Service Personnel requiring registration assistance.

This initiative aims to ensure a swift and seamless registration process for all National Service applicants who depend on the Ghana Card for verification.
