Tonaton, introduces Tonaton Jobs platform for job seekers
Tonaton JOBS

Ghana’s popular online marketplace, Tonaton, has launched an online platform for job seekers —Tonaton JOBS. The platform is not dedicated to only those looking for vacancies and jobs postings but recruiters as well.

People looking for vacancies and jobs postings would have to use the search functionality. The jobs listed on this site are grouped under what industry they are in. For instance, if you are looking for a job as a nurse or any work related to the health sector, you’d have to choose the Healthcare category.

Likewise, if you want a job as a graphic designer, IT personnel or a call centre agent, you’d have to go directly to the IT & Telecom section.

The platform can also help you create a CV for free. Just go to the bottom of the homepage and hit “Create Resume”.

Ads features

Tonaton JOBS platform has featured employers, whose ads are tagged “TOP AD”. These are job listings from companies or recruiters that have partnered with Tonaton.

Search features

When searching for a job, the page shows a limit of about 5 industries related to the job you searched. The page also shows you industries, business functions and job types related to what you searched and might be interested in.

Is it a competition for the already running Jobberman platform? Maybe, but who cares? People just want jobs and care less about competing job listing platforms. Most people wouldn’t care but the claims of Tonaton JOBS is quite impressive, looking at how the platform is new.
