February is upon us, with a pretty daunting list of new video games. Nintendo continues to ride the wave of success from the overwhelming sales of the switch sale. The Switch has already had fantastic releases such as Super Mario Odyssey and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, while its new roster for February 2020 is very packed with amazing titles.

In this guide, we go through all of the games that are landing on the Nintendo Switch this February, 2020.

Darksiders Genesis

Its an action/adventure that tears its way through Hell and back with guns blazing and swords swinging. Genesis gives players their first look at the world of darksiders before the events of the original game. Furthermore, it introduces the fourth and last horseman strife, as well as Co-op game play for the first time in the history of the franchise.

Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl-Gold

Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl is a role-playing game from Level-5, originally released on the Nintendo 3DS in 2017. It is a part of a multimedia project similar to the Yo-kai Watch series with a cartoon and NFC toys.

Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate

As with the previous iterations, the player is given control of a three-person team consisting of characters from the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors series. Each character has a class type that determines their ability: Power, Speed, and Technique; the Wonder type introduced in Warriors Orochi 3 has been removed. New to the series is the concept of magic and Sacred Treasures, techniques that allow characters to perform exceptional feats to overcome enemies.

Hunt: Showdown

The game is a first-person shooter survival horror video game published by Crytek. The game is set in the late 1890’s and details the hunters who take down various monsters that have overrun the world. The game was originally in development at Crytek USA, who wished to create a spiritual successor to Darksiders a video game series developed by their predecessor, Vigil Games under the title Hunt: Horrors of the Gilded Age. After the initial announcement in June 2014, Crytek USA was shut down due to financial issues, and the development was brought to the Crytek headquarters.

Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition

Set before the events of the original Devil May Cry, this action classic sees Dante facing off against his twin brother, Vergil, who has designs on unlocking a gate to the demonic realm, to which Dante himself holds the key. Featuring selectable combat styles such as Sword master and Gunslinger, Devil May Cry 3 brings an extra level of strategy to the series’ renowned stylish game play.

This edition includes all of the Special Edition content, including the ability to play as Vergil, and even includes bonus features exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.

Rune Factory 4 Special

Rune Factory 4 is a role-playing video game developed by Neverland Co. and published by Marvelous AQL for the Nintendo 3DS. Crafting is one of the main features in the series, with which all equipment used by the main character is created. From shoes to many types of weapons, crafting materials of various stats to form new equipment is the key to character progression – more so than the traditional leveling up feature that most RPG’s rely on.

Two Point Hospital

Two Point Hospital features a similar style of game play to that of Theme Hospital. Players take on the role of a hospital manager charged with constructing and maintaining a hospital. Tasks include building rooms and amenities that satisfy the needs (such as hunger and thirst) of patients and staff (such as toilets, staff rooms, reception desks, cafés, seating, and vending machines), expanding the hospital into new plots, the hiring and management of doctors, nurses, janitors, and assistants to maintain the hospital; and dealing with a variety of comical illnesses.

Metro Redux

The story takes place in post-apocalyptic Moscow, mostly inside the metro system, but occasionally missions bring the player above-ground. Combat alternates between the player fighting mutants and hostile humans. Areas are larger in Last Light compared to 2033, and the game encourages exploration by having multiple routes. The game offers more freedom to players, allowing them to utilize different tactics to combat enemies. It features destructible environments, in which particular objects, such as pillars, collapse after being shot
