Kessiena Majemit, a self-professed Nigerian impact investor, and a group of individuals with industry experience are set to aid the growth and development of Nigerian startups with the launch of CeedCap. Majemit revealed that he is prepared to play his role in building sustainable companies and support the vibrant startups in the country to get better on the continent.
According to him, the focus is on seeing the potential in new thinking and ideas that can change lives, make investors returns and as soon as a startup passes the validation checklist, CeedCap will immediately provide the needed support which the startup needs.
His words, “My conviction is that some ideas need to show traction, but when embarking on solving real social and economic problems as an entrepreneur, it is usually difficult to make headway without the right support to leverage on. Our mandate at CeedCap is to see the potential in new thinking and ideas that can change lives as well as make investors returns.”
