The next Apple Watch is expected to finally get one major feature:
Apple has launched a new smartwatch annually since 2015, and 2020 will most likely not end that trend. Even if 2019’s Apple Watch saw enhancements like an always-on display and a built-in compass, the huge update to be expected on Apple’s popular smartwatch this new year is support for sleep tracking, according to reports.
Reports have said Apple has been testing the feature for a potential 2020 unveiling. It would mark a major upgrade for the Apple Watch since sleep tracking is already available in devices from its competitors. It would further boost Apple’s relevance in the smartwatch market.
Recall that the company accounted for 47.9% of the smartwatch market as of the 3rd quarter of last year.
