- Thinking: deliberately focusing the mind to obtain insight, discover solutions and fine-tune ideas. We worry. We don’t think. If the issue under discussion is political, that’s even worse. Our party colour often stifles our brain power.
- Planning: intentionally identifying long-term goals and crafting a strategy to achieve them. How many Ghanaians have a plan for their lives? How many cities and towns have a proper plan?
- Accountability: creating a system that demands results from its leaders. We have a system that puts leaders in office but requires nothing of them. We give rewards without demanding for results.
- Maintenance: mindfully stewarding the assets we build and keeping them in good shape. The Kaneshie overhead has been gradually deteriorating. We are waiting for a tragedy to occur before we respond.
