Ghana’s third largest telecomm company, Vodafone Ghana, has recently introduced a new range of bundles to its customers. The company brought the new eight bundle packages to replace its long list of integrated bundles.
The telecomm service provider said it is doing this to ease its customers. Vodafone arrived at this decision after it discovered that some issues were affecting its customers. One principal problem was the customers’ indecision when they were choosing a preferred bundle from the tall list of options in its product portfolio.
Each of the new 8 bundle options replacing the older list has a name indicating the cost and prefixed with “Red”. They are Red 1, Red 2, Red 5, Red 10, Red 20, Red 25, Red 50 and lastly, the bigger one, Red 100.
The bundle packages offer minutes for calls to Vodafone numbers and calls to other networks. Packages specially designed for calls to international destinations are also available.
Also included in the package is internet data bundles, to enable customers to connect to the internet and use internet-based apps. The package, as well, offers the customers SMS bundles.

The Director for Consumer Business Unit at Vodafone Ghana, Pushpinder Singh Gujral, commented on the newly overhauled bundle packages. He said this was a way to let Ghanaians know that Vodafone is the best telecomm partner.
“This is a game changer for us in the way customers access our product offerings. Our commitment is to ensure the customer is truly satisfied and empowered to make informed choices without complexities. From today, we are giving Ghanaians every reason to find in us, the right partner to keep them confidently connected.”
