Vodafone customers will now enjoy better value for money, as the telecommunication network gives its internet data packages an upward value adjustment. Vodafone enhances data packages to allow customers to enjoy up to double the value of their previous internet data packages, which means their data bundles are now bigger and will last longer.
Also, there is no more a validity time limit for any of those bundles, as Vodafone has marginally reduced the price of most of these bundles.
Vodafone Ghana’s Customer Business Unit (CBU) Director, Pushpinder Gujral, explaining the reason behind Vodafone’s data value enhancement, said this is a conscious effort by Vodafone to cushion its customers during this COVID-19 season.
“Giving our customers more value for money has become imperative because of the unprecedented adverse impact of the pandemic. At Vodafone, we deemed it necessary to review our data packages to ensure customers get the most for their money.”

“Our customers are at the very heart of what we do, and that is why we dedicate substantial attention to customer insights. These products have been modified to specifically respond to the pressing needs of our customers based on feedback they shared with us,” he said.
Vodafone’s enhanced value data packages include daily bundles of Ghc 0.25, Ghc 1, and Ghc 2, as well as the weekly bundle of Ghc 5, which now gives you precisely double of what you used to enjoy at those prices. The best part is all these internet bundle packages do not expire.
Vodafone enhances data packages so customers can save a lot on internet data, and enjoy browsing from 12 am to 4 am at no extra cost.
