Unitel risks losing licence in Zambia:

With its service launch delayed by more than 12 months, Unitel might lose the mobile network licence it received almost 2 years ago by the authorities in Zambia. In March 2018, the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority handed over 2 15-year licences (national and international) to Unitel to aid it to be Zambia’s 4th mobile operator and to offer more competition for the 3 existing operators — MTN, Airtel and state-owned Zamtel.

The potential loss of license is because of its failure to fulfill its promises.
