Pan African Financial group, UBA, is presently trying to seal its dominance in the African market by investing in new cutting edge technology. The bank is working on using technology to improve the services they offer, thereby enhancing its reputation in the eyes of customers.
According to TechinAfrica, Mr Sampson Aneke, the Group Head of Digital Banking at UBA, recently said that the digital transformation the bank started via this mega-investment has led to the growth of its offering. According to him, the financial institution has used technology to introduce fresh features to its mobile application, and these features will help customers to make group transfers seamlessly on their mobile phone.

Also, the app will aid customers to make transfers to telephone numbers in order to boost financial inclusion across Africa, especially as most Africans continue to battle the problems caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
UBA is present in twenty African countries, including Cameroun, Congo DRC, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Uganda, and Zambia.
