TECNO has begun a social media campaign creating awareness for their new Spark device. The latest addition to the Spark series is the TECNO Spark 5 which is the successor to the Spark 4 and Spark 4 Air released in 2019.
The major upgrade in the Spark 5 includes a larger 5000mAh battery, quad rear camera setup. The phone comes in a 6.6-inch screen with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. The display also comes with a dot-notch, instead of the dewdrop notch in the predecessor.
On the software part, the Spark 5 is running on Android 10, with the latest version of TECNO’s UI skin – HiOS 6.0. It is powered by an octa-core CPU (chipset unknown) with only 2GB of RAM and 32GB storage. There’s a fingerprint reader on the back, next to the camera, but the front cam can be used for face unlock as well.
The phone is available in Ice Jadeite, Spark Orange, Vacation Blue and Misty Grey colors.
