Slydepay has become the preferred choice for most developers and business owners who desire to integrate local based payment solutions on their websites and business centres. I have personally enjoyed the efforts being put together by DreamOval Limited in making this product the best it can ever be. So far, their customer relations / sales reps have been excellent, and in responding to client feedback and checking on newly registered users to their service has been well executed.
I recently registered a second Slydepay account for my business in order to test Slydepay’s website donation plugin for a client who wanted to have this feature on their website. In implementing this, I had to have a Slydepay business account. The online account registration process was simple and security centered. The verification process via the SMS and email mediums to me is very good. This shows that they mean business.
The user interface of the Slydepay application I must say was well designed basing my facts on how most Ghanaian based application are designed. I have personally enjoyed my user experience on the application. I did not struggle to identity and navigate within the application.
Despite the excitement, I realized one thing that I felt was a concern to me, and I feel DreamOval development team should look at this as soon as possible. Slydepay user accounts do that have the feature that allows them to either delete or disable their accounts. Once you sign up onto their system, currently there is no way you can delete your account if you are no longer interested in using the service. They may have their reasons, but I believe since it’s an online service; this feature is important, especially in situations where a user makes a mistake in the type of account (either personal or business), and would wish to delete the existing one and create a new one with the same email address and phone number as used previously.
