Samsung is fond of releasing Galaxy phones in a wider variety of colours than you normally find in regions like North America, but whether or not you’ll enjoy its next palette is up for debate. WinFuture‘s Roland Quandt has shared leaked images of what he says are Samsung’s “custom colours” for the Galaxy S21, and there’s a good chance you’ll baulk at one or two of them.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra colours you see above, for instance, include brown and a carbon fibre-like grey. They’re not horrendously ugly, but they may give you flashbacks to the original Zune and other devices whose colours didn’t age very gracefully.

The Galaxy S21 Plus colours (shown at middle) are safer, although the red model might rub you the wrong way if you aren’t fond of its copper-like accents. The blush hue is also more than a little reminiscent of the Note 20 family— not necessarily a bad thing, but not exactly original, either.
There are still some attractive options that aren’t expected to ship in some markets, such as the titanium you see on the right. However, it seems like Samsung will be somewhat polarizing with the Galaxy S21 colours it offers. Do you have a favourite colour or one you wouldn’t touch even if you could get the phone for free?
