A German firm, called Optimal Systems, has promised support for Ghana’s agenda for digitisation. The CEO of the company, Robert Ilse, said his firm is going to do this by introducing the technology solutions it has. It is going to introduce an information management system to help manage data effectively and efficiently.
Optimal Systems’ tech solutions arsenal includes business management process/workflow, quality management, contract management, and administration and digital project records/Project management.
The CEO added that the company has more than 30 years of experience in the field of software development and providing tech solutions. This tech firm recently organised a seminar on digitisation with Pacific Resources Limited to present its world-class digitisation software to Ghana. The seminar was attended by a number of agencies and institutions including some from the government.
Pacific Resources Limited’s Director, James Kofi Kutsoati, reiterated that Optimal Systems has in-stock solutions that would complement Ghana’s effort of becoming a paperless state. He continued that the partnership with Optimal Systems is in hopes of helping the country’s digitization agenda.
