Chinese phone company, Oppo is set to unveil its first smartwatch and if you have ever seen an Apple Watch, it looks very much like it. The company recently wrote this on Twitter, “It’s time to say hello to #OPPOWatch.” alongside a picture of 2 smartwatches.
The picture revealed that the watches will be named “Oppo Watch Series” and will be launched at the company’s launch event on Friday. Oppo is also working on unveiling its new flagship 5G phone, the Oppo Find X2, at the same event.
Oppo’s head of global marketing, Brian Shen had this to say, “It’s curved screen and 3D glass will be a game changer.” More information about Oppo’s new smartwatch will be given on the 6th of March when the company holds its launch event.
