A Nigerian entrepreneur, Temie Giwa- Tubosun was the lucky one vs 9 other African entrepreneurs to clinch Jack Ma’s $250,000 (over N90m) prize money for innovation in business. Temie-Giwa founded LifeBank, a medical distribution company which makes distribution of blood to those who need it simpler and quicker, via technological means.
Temie emerged top of the first 3 best initiatives chosen by a group of 4 judges at the grand finale of the first yearly Africa Netpreneur Prize Initiative, ANPI, in Ghana.
