With the very high competitive admit rates of 6.9℅ for Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), young Isabelle Quaye from the Ghana International School managed to gain admission amidst thousands of applicants worldwide.
What this means is that Isabelle scored higher than 99% of all her test takers on the SAT in the world.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is well known for its unrivalled technology and engineering training in the United States. With an incredible academic record and remarkable accomplishments in her high school, national and international platforms, Isabelle Quaye sailed through with the few to secure her place in the most competitive US engineering colleges: MIT and California Institute of Technology. She also gained admission to Princeton University, which is among the eight Ivy-league schools.

However, Isabelle wasn’t the only Ghanaian to emerge a genius, two other female young students from Wesley Girls namely Katie Maame Dufie and Afia Sarpong shared a similar accomplishment to Isabelle Quaye having qualified for admission into Harvard University and Yale University respectively.
