Inlaks Ghana awarded Innovation Company of the Year

Inlaks Ghana, an IT infrastructure provider in Ghana, has been awarded the Innovation Company of the Year by the Nobel International Business School (NiBS).

Inlaks was given this recognition for the introduction of its innovative ATMs in the country. The ATMs, which offer more than cash-dispensing, accept cash and cheques as well.

The innovation that comes along with the machines enable customers to have direct interaction with customer service personnel via video or telephone.

Isabella Boettey-Kplivi, the Head of Business Operations for Inlaks Ghana, noted the company’s appreciation for the award. She also pledged that her outfit will continue to address the needs of their clients and serve the public well.

Continuing, Inlaks Ghana’s Head of Business Operations assured that the company will relentlessly bring more innovative products for a convenient banking experience for customers.

Last year, Inlaks was given the Best ICT Infrastructure Provider at the Digital Innovations and Excellence Awards Summit.
