The certifications mean that MTN Ghana has a seal of approval from the International Organisation for Standardisation(ISO), as the company runs according to its developed international standards.
Selorm Adadevoh noted that the GSMA Mobile Money ISO Certification would help MTN Ghana to meet the increasing concerns of data privacy, fraud and anti-money laundering, information security, customer protection and business resilience.
This would help them maintain the trust of all its stakeholders.
