The Government of Rwanda has stretched its helping hand to Ghana in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Space.
This offer was made by Paul Kagame when he met Vice President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, on the sidelines of the ongoing Global Business Forum on Africa in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
According to Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Ghana’s Information Minister who accomanied the Vice President, the move is one that will see Ghana tap directly into the advancements made by Rwanda in the ICT space over the years.

This is to “assist us to even quicken the pace at which we are introducing a lot of these reforms especially reforms in the area of ICT.” he said
This comes after a number of ICT reforms such as the paperless port system, online business registeration and Digital Addressing System have been initiated by the Government.
