Samsung is going to launch its latest flagship smartphones — the Galaxy S10 line, on February 20, and leaks keep coming. Last Monday, we brought the leaks of the low-cost variant of the Samsung Galaxy S10. Now, new leaks are out. The new leaks have confirmed the existence of a cheaper Galaxy S10e from Samsung, coming alongside the standard S10 and bigger S10 Plus.
The name of the phone was somehow not clear. This was because the very earliest rumours said the name was going to be Galaxy S10 Lite. And that was the main thing that wasn’t clear till Slashleaks backed up Winfuture’s claim of the phone’s name.

Galaxy S10e will have some trade-offs
From all the predictions, the Galaxy S10e will be smaller than its other variants. It will have a smaller 5.8-inch screen, unlike the 6.1-inch of the standard S10 and the 6.4-inch of the S10 Plus.
But there is definitely going to some similarities, after all, they are all S10 family. The S10e just the standard S10 will possess a single punch-hole selfie camera. But it will have only two cameras at the back instead three like the regular S10 and S10 Plus.
S10e will also have a little bigger bezel on the side.
All these trade-offs come at the advantage of a price point lesser than the standard and the extra-packed S10’s. Since the phones haven’t been launched yet, we would still have to wait for how cheap the S10e will be.
Some rumours, though, point that the phone may cost from around $859 (about ₵4300). To me, that’s not really a cheap phone, but in comparison with the others’ prices, it may make sense.
