4. Glass noodles and rice noodles: These noodles contain “Alum.” And research has proven that Alum causes breast cancer and Alzheimer’s disease.
5. Bottled juice: Fruit is healthy, yes, but a lot of these bottled juices are pumped with artificial flavoring and sugars, which is bad for you.
