1. Audu Bako zoo:

This is one of the first zoos in Nigeria and it is situated somewhere along zoo road in Kano State. It was established in 1971 and the then State Military Governor, Audu Bako was in charge of its opening. You will find lots of animals there, including Lion, Zebra, Hippopotamus, Giraffes, Elephants, Hyenas, Ostrich, Antelopes, Camels and Goats.
2. The National Children’s Park and Zoo: According to PulseNG, located in Abuja, Asokoro District, is is a zoo that families will love to visit. The animals up for display include Cheetah, Giraffe, Ostrich, Zebra, and Lion. Camels and Donkeys are available too, making it a superb location for kids. There is a cafe close by where drinks and snacks can be bought.

3. Jos Wildlife Park: Established in 1956, but opened to Nigerians in 1957, it is situated along Miango road, Rantya area of Jos, Plateau State. If you fancy seeing what Monkeys, Elephants, Hippopotamuses, Buffalo, Crocodiles, Hyenas, Birds, Chimpanzees, Gazelle, and Lions look like in real life, this is the place to be. It is a massive tourist attraction too.
4. Ogba Zoo:

Accessible at Ogba village, the zoo was opened to members of the public in 1915. You will have access to landscaped grounds, picnic areas, refreshment centers, function halls, restaurants, outdoor event grounds, and a large car park there. Visitors will even be allowed to ride on Horses, Camel, and Donkeys if they want that experience.
