Apple‘s cheaper iPhone 9 could be delayed because of the Coronavirus:
Apple might fail in its quest to release a low-cost iPhone next month, as per a fresh report from Nikkei Asian Review, which is coming one day after reports said the launch was still on. Mega production of this new iPhone was scheduled to start this month in preparation for a March launch, but new reports have said production will now begin next month due to restrictions caused by Coronavirus.
Gene Munster, managing partner at Loup Ventures had this to say recently, “I think you have to plan for some form of a delay at this point. They can launch a product, but it may be in short supply.”
Apple is yet to react to this news.
