2. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: According to PulseNG, this one is caused by recurrent, disturbing thoughts, and repetitive behaviors. These repetitive behaviors like hand washing, cleaning, and counting are mostly performed to prevent obsessive thoughts or to get rid of them entirely. However, it is only a temporary fix and will not take away the anxiety.
3. Panic Disorder: This one is all about shocking and repeated episodes of massive fear alongside physical symptoms like chest pain, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, and so on. To curb it, traditional therapy is required since speaking through your fears will take the sting out of them.
