Besides, it increases the rate of fat-burning by close to 4%.
Tea can also lower your appetite as it regulates hormones and blood sugars. Taking tea even boosts hormones that assist in breaking down and burning fat!

However, although it’s effective in reducing the level of cholesterol in the body, I’ve learned that it doesn’t save you from those high-risk situations. Therefore, I would recommend you to drink tea after eating a balanced diet. Proper nutrition means that you’ll have to take in natural and healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Lastly, maintain a good daily physical fitness routine!
After going through all these health benefits, I know you’re probably asking yourself one question, “when is the most suitable time to take tea before going to sleep?” Well, the answer is pretty simple for you’ll only need to serve yourself a cup one hour before ‘sinking’ into bed. This will keep you asleep during the night, and you won’t have to wake up just to use the bathroom.
